The District Magistrate instructed officials to deal jointly with cases involving illegal encroachments and disputes related to village pathways by coordinating revenue and police teams. She also directed departments to take action against encroachments on ponds, public pathways, drains, and other government lands.
To strengthen accountability, officials were asked to ensure that complainants are present during inspections and that written records of their participation are maintained. The DM further directed authorities to document grievance redressal efforts through photography and videography wherever necessary.
